Mohammed Amin

Mohammed Amin Mohammed is a Commercial and Procurement professional with over 12 years of experience across Saudi Arabia and Egypt. He currently serves as Procurement and Tendering Manager at Saudi Binladin Group (SBG), leading the procurement function for the SEVEN Entertainment Development Program 3 — a SAR 5.9 billion ECI Management Contracting project, the first collaborative contracting route of its kind in the Middle East.

His career spans the full commercial lifecycle of large-scale construction projects: from early-stage cost planning and tender management through contract administration, variation management, and final account settlement. He brings deep expertise in FIDIC 1999 and 2017 contract suites, collaborative contracting mechanisms, and digital procurement systems including SAP Ariba and Power BI.

Prior to his current role, Mohammed held commercial management and quantity surveying positions at Alfahd Investment, Hassan Allam Construction, Shahawi Properties, and Roya Construction — building a comprehensive foundation across residential, infrastructure, and entertainment development sectors.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Zagazig University (2014) and is an RICS APC Candidate on the Quantity Surveying pathway, targeting his final interview in October 2026. He holds additional certifications in FIDIC Contract Management, Contract Law from the American University in Cairo, and is a QSAC Diploma holder.
